Residential Landlord / Tenant

Preparation of residential lease - $300.00

Review of residential lease for tenant - $100.00

Landlord - forcible entry and detainer – [$500.00 retainer, then $110/hr]

Tenant dispute with landlord – [$200.00 retainer, then $110/hr]



Wills & Estates

Simple Will - $200.00

Reciprocal simple wills - $300 for both

Will with a Trust for children - $300.00

Codicil (amendment to an existing will) - $150.00

Living will (health care directive) - $200.00 ($100 if done with will)
